PreShoot Checklist

General

  • Turn ALL lights on

  • Open blinds and curtains

  • Remove all personal items

  • Turn off ceiling fans and TVs

  • Clean windows, dust shelves, vacuum floors, wipe counters

Kitchen

  • Clear off all counter space

  • Hide trashcan

  • Clear off outside of fridge (magnets and photos)

  • Remove dishes from the sink

  • Remove pet food bowls

  • Hide any chords or electronics unrelated to cooking

Bedrooms

  • Make the beds

  • Remove all personal items

  • Declutter from tops of dressers/tables

  • Hide any chords or chargers

Bathrooms

  • Clear countertop space

  • Remove soap from counters

  • Put toilet seat down

  • Remove all items from shower

  • Remove floor mats

  • Remove plungers/brushes

  • Remove towels unless decorative

Exterior

  • Remove cars from driveway

  • Close garage doors

  • Clean patio furniture

  • Hide lawn supplies and trashcans

  • Remove security signs
